- Personalization – Add two lines of text (Shown a script and block line) to personalization box
- Font – As shown (default) or see font photo for other options
We will send a proof via email in one to two business days to customers with a custom design or to clarify order request. Standard design orders that only have name and date changes will not automatically receive proofs. Proofs are available upon request.

- Option 1 – 4×6 photograph, 6.75×8.5 exterior size
- Option 2 – 5×7 photograph, 7.5×9.5 exterior size
- Choose between the photograph being vertical or horizontal
